Note:
Shipping
is free for all orders exceeding $100.00 before sales tax. This
policy does not include orders for Oberon Leather goods or crystals.
We
will confirm the total for your order, including any shipping/handling
charges and sales tax, if applicable, by email within 48 hours.
Payment is due upon confirmation of the total for your order.
Your
order will ship 1-2 business days after we receive your payment.

ABOUT
AVAILABILITY
Despite
having a large website, this is actually a small, family-run business.
As some of our items are individually hand made, there may be
a delay in shipping your order, although about 95% of our orders
ship within 48 hours. Delivery times will vary from 1-2 days up
to 2 weeks. If you need something by a certain date, let us know!
We can almost always make deadlines, though there may be a $5
drop shipment charge for rush orders that must be shipped from
the supplier.
LEATHER
ITEMS
We
keep a large inventory of leather items such as journals and checkbook
covers for immediate shipment, but cannot possibly have all the
options in stock - there are almost 4000 combinations of style,
design, and item. If your leather item has to be made to order,
this takes about 2 - 3 weeks. Need it by a certain date? Let us
know when you place your order and we will email you back with
availability of your item, or call us at 1 301-552-1102 and we
can check what's in stock now.
TAXES
The
Three Goddesses is located in New Carrollton, Maryland, USA.
We are required to collect sales tax from Maryland residents or
for purchases delivered in Maryland. Maryland sales tax
does not apply for items shipped outside of Maryland to residents
of other states. We do not collect sales tax for other states.
If
you live in the state of Maryland, 5% sales tax will be added
to your total.
PAYMENT
We
accept Visa
MasterCard
PayPal and cash (personal or cashier's checks & money
order). Payment is due upon confirmation of the total for your
order. All payments are in US dollars.
To pay by Visa or MasterCard:
When you place your order online, include a phone number for us
to contact you for your credit card information.
All credit and debit card transactions conducted through our Web
site are processed using 128-bit SSL encryption technology to
ensure a completely safe and secure shopping environment for you.
Your payment details will be securely encrypted and will not be

Once your check has cleared, your order will be shipped.
Depending upon your bank and the size of your order, personal
checks can take up to 10 business days to process. Orders
paid by bank check usually clear within a few days.

International Orders
There are several payment options. The easiest is by Visa or Master
Card, or bank draft made payable in US funds. We can also accept
a direct wire transfer of funds into our bank account, but our
bank charges us $10 for that, which you must pay. Other options
include Western Union, which is usually easier than a bank transfer,
and PayPal.
If
you are uncertain as to how US dollars convert to your own country's
currency, you can do currency conversion at the FX

SHIPPING
POLICY
The
buyer pays all shipping costs for orders under $100.00.
Shipping is free for all orders exceeding $100.00 before
sales tax. This policy does not include orders for Oberon
Leather goods or crystals.
All items will be shipped with a signature required
by USPS. A valid street address is required; P.O. boxes are not
acceptable. Our shipping charges are calculated by the weight
of the items you order.
Orders
whose destinations are within the USA are shipped USPS Priority
Mail. International orders
are sent USPS Airmail Parcel Post, or Global Priority, unless
you specify otherwise. Upon receipt of payment, your order will
ship within 2-3 business days.
We
keep a large inventory, and about 95% of orders ship within 48
hours. However, if we do not have all your items in stock, shipment
of the in-stock items will be delayed while we wait for the out-of-stock
items to arrive. You can avoid any delay in shipping by indicating
in the "comments" section that you would like items
"shipped as available" or the date you need them by.
Most
small orders of jewelry go by Priority Mail, with a 2-3
day delivery time, and at a reasonable cost - $5.5 - $9 US.
Additionally,
customers outside the US should be aware that they will be responsible
for the payment of any duty or excise fees your government charges
on imported items. Please check with your local customs department
so you know what to expect. If you elect to have shipping via
UPS or Federal Express you will also be liable for a brokerage
fee they place on international order.
